cinema box office for card, so as to enjoy the

Remarks: All MCL Cinema Gift Vouchers, Complimentary Tickets or Coupons are applicable to MCL JP Cinema, Kornhill Cinema, Cinema Metro or Telford Cinema only. Members can enjoy ticket & concession discount and accumulated bonus points at MCL JP Cinema, Kornhill Cinema, Cinema Metro, Telford Cinema or 4D Extreme Screen. |

Members must present the valid membership card at box office and concession counter in order to enjoy the discount when claiming the bonus points. |

Ticket discount is not applicable to those films with special arrangement with film distributors.

Ticket discount is applicable to regular priced movie ticket only and is not applicable to Senior/Student/Child tickets |

Membership card is non-transferable. If evidence of misuse and abuse of privileges are found, MCL has the right to confiscate the card at any time without prior warning. |

Membership card is invalid if altered or seriously damaged. Members can return the damaged card to MCL cinema for re-issue. Any lost or stolen of membership card must be reported to MCL at once. Re-issue fee is HK$ 30. |

Members are required to renew the membership before the expiry date, renewal fee of $100 |
| 11. |
No membership refund will be made for any cancellation of membership before expiry |

All MCL staff and their relatives are not entitled to join MCL Club |

Bonus point is valid only with a valid membership. To retain the bonus points, members must renew their membership before expiry. Bonus points are non-transferable |

MCL reserves all rights to suspend, amend and cancel the bonus points programme and reserves the final decision in case of disputes without prior notice. |

Accordingly, all information provided in the application form may be used and/or disclosed for such purposes and to such persons (whether in or outside Hong Kong) as may be in accordance with MCL's policies on use and/or disclosure of personal data as set out in statements, circulars, notices or terms and conditions made available by MCL to its members from time to time, and that the same shall be made available to me upon request |
